Welcome to Pine Cabin at Koru Sabi Lodge — your very own rainforest retreat. Located on 20 acres in Upper Burringbar, you can enjoy a wood-fired hot tub, private sauna, and large outdoor area with friends and family.

**Pet policy & fees**
As pet owners ourselves, we wanted to ensure we are pet friendly. All we ask is that you keep your pets off the beds and lounges and clean any paw marks and hair on the floors. Pet fees = $50 per pet, per stay.

**The space**
Pine House was designed and hand built by Buko, a renowned German builder in the region who built the infamous Beach Hotel in Byron Bay. It is a unique, two bedroom home that includes:

· A loft bedroom with a king size bed (please be aware to access this room you need to walk up a small set of stairs)
· A guest bedroom with a queen bed and single bed
· A fully equipped kitchen with two bar fridges, oven & stove top, toaster, kettle, moka coffee pot and all the cookware and utensils you could ever need
· An indoor bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin (please be aware to access the bathroom you need to walk down a small set of stairs)
· A small library
· An indoor fireplace (Note: firewood is not provided between Oct – Mar)
· An outdoor shower
· An outdoor bath (with hot and cold water taps)
· A fire pit (fire restrictions may apply during Summer months)

**Outside you can also enjoy:**

· A private wood fire hot tub
· A private sauna
· Large backyard with a sheltered outdoor dining area
· A BBQ
· Bush walking tracks that traverse through the property

**Additional details**
1. Please be aware to access the sauna & wood fire hot tub you will need to walk approx. 2 mins up a steep track.
2. To heat the wood fire hot tub you need to start and maintain a fire for approx. 3–4 hrs. We provide the initial wood and starters — you will need to collect more wood from around the property to maintain the fire.
3. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.

Hot tub bookings are managed through the guest arrival form sent prior to your stay. A link to the booking calendar and payment is included in that form.

What are the check-in and checkout times?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.

Does the outdoor bath have hot water?

Yes. The outdoor bath is fully heated.

Is there heating and air conditioning?

Yes. Pine has an indoor fireplace, oil heater, pedestal fan, dehumidifier and air conditioning.

Is there a BBQ?

Yes.

Do you provide firewood?

Yes. Firewood and fire starters are provided from March through to October.

What is the cleaning fee?

The cleaning fee for Pine Cabin is $210.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome. A pet fee of $50 applies per stay. We ask that pets are kept off the beds and lounges, and that any hair or paw marks are cleaned up before checkout.

Is Pine wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately not. Access requires navigating a set of stairs.
