If your dates aren't available, book our sister cabins, Pine House and Tallowwood House, on the same property.
**Pet policy & fees**
As pet owners ourselves, we wanted to ensure we are pet friendly. All we ask is that you keep your pets off the bed and lounges and clean any paw marks and hair on the floors. Pet fees = $50 per pet, per stay.
**The space**
Palm Cabin was designed and hand built by our neighbour, Yoshi — a Japanese furniture maker — in 1979. It is a unique, rustic and intimate cabin that includes:
· A private outdoor bath
· A bedroom with a king size bed
· A bedroom with a queen size bed
· A small, but spacious kitchen with electric cooktops, bar fridge, toaster, kettle, moka coffee pot and all the cookware and utensils you could ever need
· An indoor fireplace (Note: firewood is not provided between October to March)
· 2 showers (one indoor and one outdoor)
· 2 baths (one indoor and one outdoor bath)
· A large outdoor deck
· Outdoor dining table and seats
· A fire pit
**Other things to note**
1. The host, Josh, lives in the cabin next door. Your cabin is completely private. The only thing you share is a driveway.
2. From October 1st to March 1st, we do not provide firewood as during these months the risk of bushfires in our area is higher than usual. If you do wish to make an indoor or outdoor fire, you are to bring your own firewood and are responsible for putting all fires out after use.
