- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 2 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable. If you need to modify your booking, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
- Is there WiFi?
- Yes. All cabins have Starlink.
- Are pets welcome?
- Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome at Koru Sabi. A pet fee of $50 applies per stay. We ask that pets are kept off the beds and lounges, and that any hair or paw marks are cleaned up before checkout.
- Are children welcome?
- Yes. Children are welcome at Koru Sabi.
- Is there a minimum stay?
- Yes. A minimum of 2 nights applies to all bookings.
- How do I book?

- What are the check-in and checkout times?
- Check-in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.
- Do I need a 4WD to access the property?
- No. The driveway is a little steep and uneven, but it's accessible to all standard vehicles. No guests have had trouble getting to us.
- Can I bring a caravan?
- Unfortunately not. There isn't space on the property or the street to accommodate a caravan.
- Is there parking on site?
- Yes. Parking is available on site.
- Are the cabins private?
- Yes. All cabins are completely private.
- Is there mobile reception?
- Reception on the property is limited. Guests with Telstra typically get signal; other carriers may not.
- Is there heating and/or air conditioning?
- All cabins have indoor fireplaces, oil heaters, pedestal fans and dehumidifiers. Pine Cabin also has air conditioning.
- Is there a BBQ?
- Yes. All cabins have BBQs.
- Do the cabins have a washing machine and dryer?
- Yes. All cabins are equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
- What kitchen supplies are provided?
- Each cabin is stocked with the following: Pantry staples: olive oil, butter, salt & pepper, coffee, tea, and a selection of spices. Cookware & appliances: pots and pans, a moka pot, kettle, toaster, spatulas, wooden spoons, oven trays, and a grater.
- Do you provide linen and towels?
- Yes. Fresh linen and towels are provided for all guests.
- Do you provide body wash, shampoo & conditioner?
- Yes. We provide all three.
- Is there a vacuum and mop available?
- Yes. A vacuum and mop are available in the cabin cupboard.
- Is there a noise policy?
- Yes. Out of respect for our neighbours, we have a strict no loud noise policy after 10:00 pm. For private events or parties, please reach out to us before booking — we're open to specific requests and happy to discuss what's possible.
- Is the property wheelchair accessible?
- Unfortunately not. Access to the cabins requires navigating a set of stairs, which makes the property unsuitable for guests with limited mobility.
